Here's what some are saying about our service.
Dear Active Towing:
Recently I was broken down on the highway near sports world. I was there for quite some time and one of your tow trucks came by to help. I was so relieved because I had no way to call for service and I had just came back from Toronto but not quite made it home. Your driver was nice enough to let me use his cell phone to call my husband and let him know that I was all right. Your driver took me to Steddlebaur's and my husband met us there.
I am very pleased with the service that your driver and your company provides.

How do I get a tow truck?
Recently I was stranded on the highway, 86 near Victoria. I was there for quite some time and saw at least two tow trucks go by but none stopped for me. Now I know that in Toronto when you break down on the highway there's telephones on the side of the highway at certain points, and when you break down on the highways there's also cameras all over the place and the ministry can see you and dispatch a service to take care of you.
But I can't possibly see how we take care of ours here in the Tri-Cities areas.
Eddy M.

Child Locked In The Van
Dear Active Franks Towing:
Just before Christmas I was at Conostogo Mall and I had just come out from shopping when I put my 18 month old boy onto the child seat and had strapped him in I then locked and shut the door but had not realized that I had put my car keys on the drivers seat so that I could have both hands free to tend to my child, Well imagine my fear when it came to me that I had just locked my child in the car and had no way to get in. The store management called the police and then came along this nice young man named Ken who said that he was a Tow Truck Driver and that if some one could drive him down the street then he could come back with his tools and open the door for us. He advised me to keep the child calm and not to get upset as it would only make the child more upset. He was doing fine, I wasn't. The police took the Tow Truck Driver down the road and in minutes he returned, well it took him about 30 seconds to open the door and he refused to take anything for it.
Thank You Very, Very-much Ken
