About Us

Active Frank's Markles Services ** (Will Hereby be referred to as AFM ).

Active Frank's Markles Towing Services has been a family owned and run company since 1967.

Originally the company started out as a service station with one tow truck providing services for it's customer base under the name of Active Towing.

Then in 1982 the company acquired Frank's Towing and there small fleet of light duty trucks.

In 1993 the company acquired Markle's Towing services.

Today the company operates a fleet of over 24 trucks including light and heavy duty units able to tow anything on or off the road. And operates in the Tri-Cities area consisting of Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge as well as all surrounding areas within a twenty to thirty kilometer area and beyond.

AFM has 30 years of experience in the towing and recovery business. The company has enjoyed a good working relationship with the local and provincial police as well as the local fire departments.

AFM is currently a proud member of the Ontario Recovery Group and has been for the past 20 years.
